Terminology
The List Price is the asking price of a listing. The List Price is set by the Studder when they create or update a listing.
The Listing ID is a unique
keccak_256 hash created by the Studding Protocol when a Studder Creates a Listing. The Listing Date is the timestamp of the transaction when a listing is created or updated.
The Listing Status is a boolean that represent if a Listing is OPEN or CLOSED
